Morning all!

Gosh these week's are flying by right!?!

It's nearly half way through march! eeekkk! that's good news for me that means it's not long to go till my vacation from work! i cant wait i've not been off properly since November! it's been a stretch! and i'm looking forward to some time in my studio!

Well... i'm here this morning with a brand new challenge over at Totally Papercrafts!

C.C. Designs DT - Review

Morning all!

Hey! So today is review day for C.C. Designs and for my project today I'm using one of the newest Stamps from C.C. Designs called ''fluffy bear'' and what a cute fluffy bear at that i may add! 

I used my silhouette cameo to cut a circle in my card and layer/matt the cardstock and DSP around it, coupled together with this beautiful stamp coloured with Tim holtz Distress inks i used acetate to ''box'' my image and fill with glitter (which doesn't show great on photo) grr! and used lots of embellishments and an over sized bow to finish!

All Of A Flutter...

Morning all!

I've some fab news to share!! I've recently been asked to join the DT over at

That Craft Place LTD totally thrilled and of course said yes! The DT are such a fab bunch of girls! And Lisa the lady who owns the shop is fab too! So i'm thrilled i'll be designing for her!

This fortnight we have a brand new Challenge over at That Craft Place Challenge Blog

This Challenge we want to see Stitching! Faux or Real! totally up-to you! 

I must admit i'm not a great sewer and have recently broken my machine needle so i had to go with the option of faux for this challenge! 

So for today's DT Card I've dug out my favorite Magnolia Stamps (one of the few i couldn't bear to part with!) the beautiful large Butterfly! I've coloured with Flex and Promarkers!

I've also created the felt flowers myself! I love how bright this card has come out and of course it's pink!!!

Badda Bing! BLING bling!!!

Morning all!!!

Gosh these week's are flying by i can't believe it's october already christmas felt like yesterday and it's fast approching this year eeeekkk!!

I'm here this morning to yell about the brand new challenge at Charisma this week...

BADDA BING!

The lovely vanessa from Team Carly has chosen a bling sparkly challenge something to get ya glitter mits into!! and of course i loved it!!! 

You may have noticed i have a magnolia creation to share! I know most of you know i SOLD my entire collection bar three stamps a few months ago!!! (of course i stamped loads out ya never know when one might need tilda) so it was actually nice to dig her out and have a play with the image!

I've used the most beautiful flowers from wild orchid crafts and added lots of sparkle to the flowers for added bling! 

The paper is My minds eye blush collection i love mme it's one of my fav brands! Together with various ribbons and lace and my martha stewart (brought on a whim) border punch that i've now used 3 times in 2 years hahaha!!! 

The stars are actually chipboard which i've embossed using wow embossing powders something else thats on my nec list!!!!

I Just wanna dance!

Morning all!!!

Yip i just wanna dance with excitement i'm off to the NEC tommrrow draggin hubby around all afternoon to see what i can find!! hehe!!! i've a long list of to look for's i wonder if i will actually come back with any of it lol! I'm also looking forward to picking up the new Smash* stuff which i've been waiting for!!! 

I'm here tho this morning with a brand new project as it's a brand new challenge at Charisma this week!

For my card today i didn't use my own stash!!! eeeekkk! nope i actually went to my buddy and DT friend's house 'Emma' aka crazy ribbon lady!!! hehe we live in the same town and have been great friends since college days! so it was nice to be able to catch up and craft together!!! Which also brings me to say..... i have some fantastic news!!! EMMA'S EXPECTING!!! I was thrilled for her when she told me like a big kid going 'OH MY GOD!!! YAY!! Cheshire cat smiles all round!!! but i'm offically allowed to spread her joy now!!!!

anyways... back to my card... today i've used the gorjuss ballerina tilda from the latest magnolia collection i ♥ her she is my favourite for a long time! and lots of yummys from Emma's stash! 

I created a pocket card theme being pockets! of course! so i used these ace big glittery letters to go inside the little note that slots inside the card!

Little by little..

Hey all!

Well my holiday from work is nearly over just having a day crafting today back to the grave yard shift for me tommrrow it's been a sort of ok break i suppose! nightmare of a week loosing my iphone and things just oh my gosh went wrong but hey it's all looking up now! and things are getting back to the norm!

I'm here today to share a new creation of mine, i've been playing with my new magnolia stamps which i got from Sunrise Crafts at the start of the week! I absolutely adore this new collection! I have noooo idea why i have gone for the purples this week seems to be a colour handy to me at the moment....

This sweetie is ballerina tilda! I had no intention of buying her till i saw the lovely Tab's card from the magnolia design team i had to have!!! i've dug out my beloved prisma pencils ohhh how i miss them!! as well as using my very much loved promarkers and flexmarkers where would i be with out those! hehe

Love is in the air.....

Morning all!

Love is in the air.... doooo do dodo! sorry singing my head off! That's this week's challenge at Charisma See!!!

I've been playing with my erm neglected tildas!!! im so terrible i know!! this one is such a cutie!!! she's from the last release and as soon as i saw her i knew she had to come live with me! I've been practiseing my creases a little what you think? not quite there but getting there!!!

Now as valentine's has past i wanted to create a card that followed the DT theme but also wasn't lovey dovey well... it kinda went wrong there!!! haha!!! I've used some gorjuss basic grey papers and some cute little heart brads with some gorjuss prima blooms!!! and a huge big brown bow to finish!

For Mum...

Morning all!

Gosh these weeks are flying by this year it's nearly the end of feb already where is the days going?? I've been such a bad blogger of late i've so much on the go right now i've had to take a step back a bit from my bloggyness hopefully normal service will resume shortly!!!

I've dug out another of my favourite Tilda's this morning she's gorjuss to colour and i really like her, i wasn't over keen on her when she first came out but then once i'd saw someone else colour her it sort of brought her to life... do you ever find that you dont like something looking at it then when you see something created with it you want it?????? i do all the time!!!

I created this card which i think is going to be for mothers day... not sure which mum mine or hubbys yet! hehe! but i wanted to keep to orange and green combo something that scares me a little two such bold colours very scary!!!

I've coloured my tilda with flex and promarkers (my firm favourite medium at the moment) and added lots of tiny pearls around my card!

It's the little things...

Heya all

Sorry i've been a bad blogger this week been so tired from work i had to go to bed this morning for a few hours my legs feel like jelly hehe! I thought i'd pop in this afternoon with a newbie tilda creation of mine! I've been playing with the gorjuss new stamps and i adore this one Tilda with pigtails holding a gorjuss flower!!!



I've coloured her with promarkers and flexmarkers as the norm (think i've neglected my prisma's again! need to dig them out and fall in ♥ again!)

I've used a pretty basic sketch that i had in my sketch book that i draw when i'm bored or watching the tele in the evenings before work! I wanted to use the lovely new papers also from magnolia i absolutly love this card its so me! PINK!!! And look shock but no flowers! i dont know if that's a good thing or bad!

Who Stole my lines???

Morning all!

It's rather chilly here in shropshire this morning!

I'm working 8 nights in a row at the moment so i'm not off till next wednesday 3 shifts down 5 to go, how naff is that lol!! never mind! I'm here with a brand new magnolia project this morning! 

One of my new years resolutions is to try out new techniques i've not tried before including today's project!

Who's stolen my lines???????? I've wanted to try this for yonks i've seen so many beautiful projects coloured with no black lines i must admit the whole thought of it was scary! I'd actually coloured her a couple of weeks ago on a wednesday morning (yep those who know me know that's me colouring at 7am in the morning after a nightshift with matchsticks in my eyes) no idea how i held my concentration and i must admit it took me well over 2 hours to do!!! tho i really love the results! She's a new tilda i brought a while back 'Yoga Tilda' reminds me of the Wii game Wii fit 'I want to be a tree' haha!!!

I've coloured her with promarkers and flexmarkers (which i'm still learning they take some getting used to) but once ya get hang away ya go (my next learning curve is the pleats and creases eeek!!!

After me uploading my no lines tilda to my facebook page my lovely friends complimented me and wanted to see her on a card! I must admit it pained me alot it took me yonks to colour the last thing i want to do was mess it up! but after gathering some new stash (magnolia papers, punch and flowers) i thought what the heck let's go for it!!!

I love the new magnolia papers from the 2012 collection that's just come out they're soooo pretty and of course i so need some more!!! I added lots of gorjuss prima flowers and beautiful prima gem brads and pearl brads (which again sooo need more!!) along with some little tea roses from wild orchid crafts!

I recently finally got my hands on the two gorjuss butterfly punches from martha stewart which of course had to add in with some gems and sparkles and walla! my masterpiece is compleate! (No idea who this card's going to (if i can bear to part with it!) Please tell me i'm not the only crafter like that!! lol

Beacause i had no purpose of today's card i used a simple 'Just Because' sentiment which i brought yonks ago and of course in ture Carlyann style forgot i even had!! haha!!!

A Christmas hug...

I'm here this morning in the festive mood... my gosh i've been looking forward to a day off all week! it's manic at work Cracker isle is driving me crackers! seriously how many people need to eat crackers and cheese at christmas? i don't get it whats special about this food at christmas?? surley you'd eat enough at christmas dinner hehe!!



I adore my new magnolia stamp! i've been after her and him (snowman) for ages! so when it was finally instock straight into my basket it went!! hehe! it's been a while for a maggie fest... there's just so many fabulous stamps out there at the moment i'm having trouble in using my maggies (i know shocking for me right....)

So obviously i went for the red and green theme with snowflakes!! hehe!
I've used my favourite christmas papers 'basic grey's jouyeux noel' i wish id brought more of these at the nec!! lol... and a first for me i've finally used my diecuts that i got free in a magazine erm about 2 years ago! lol and my gorjuss snowflakes and some lush ribbons which my mum gave me (no idea why she had them!)

Morning all!

I've a million and one christmas cards to get made for last min things and people but no time to do it all, so very tired from work nightmare at this time of year honestly! Supermarkets are closed for ONE day not a year!! honest i should know i work there!!! hehe!! anyways.....

I've dug out my favourite Tilda for today's creation she's so pretty and such a wonderful stamp to colour her name is 'silent night tilda' and you'd of seen her alot on my blog last christmas if your a regular! I ♥ Her!! she's defo my fav christmas stamp well... that was before the new collection came out! ok who am i kidding tho i have thinned my tildies collection as it erm got a bit croweded that's all i'll say!

Cold and frosty!

Now normally i would create three cards one for each challenge but i loved how this one turned out so i thought it'd be nice to show this one off a little more and combined it!

I've used some gorjuss ribbon i found at my local hab shop which was 30p a meter (same ribbon on the market £1 a meter) so of course i went back to my hab shop and brought more!! hehe a girl can never have too much ribbon ASK EMMA!

hehe....

So.... from the craft Garden's challenge i picked Turquoise, Snowflakes, ribbon and office supply which i used a sweet paperclip which i brought yonks ago from fancy pants.....
